It's a new year, and a new fresh start. We have witnessed an industry in turmoil. Our builders have mostly shut down production, suppliers are tightening their credit line belts: banks are forcing the dotting of the "I's" and crossings of the "T"s. We even lost 3 competitors this last year. So, what keeps us on the grow? You do! Our faithful clients that are sprinkled around this Great Puget Sound. You clearly recognize our commitment to customer service, value added services and quality across the board. Thank you for making us successful; we couldn't have done it alone!

We are now in our shiny new building boasting a larger floor area of the most up to date energy efficient appliances and a real "hands-on" experience. You will find live appliances that you can cook in, wash with, hear, touch, see, smell the food prepared andenjoy before you buy. The interior is built out, today the exterior is receiving the Eldorado stone. We have so far replaced the roof and skylights. We added a larger HVAC unit to the roof.Our restroom has been updated to meet ADA requirements. All new low energy lighting is installed. We furred out all walls to accept the insulation required to meet code and comply with our "green building" interests. There will be 8 live kitchens in our showroom highlighting 13 brands. You will be able to "test drive" appliances in a "hands on" atmosphere. We believe we are the only appliance dealer in the state to offer such an experience as this. Always Free latte's and WI-FI starting on our official opening date of March 1st. Grand Opening March 27th, 2010. See you there!

We are all signed with our new building. We purchased the "Speedware" building at 7509 159th PL. NE just off Leary Way and West Lake Sammamish Parkway. We will be relocating in February after a major remodel and facelift. ( Keep watching this site for sneak peaks)
When all the dust settles from the city improvements, we will be less than 2 blocks from our original location. How could we just up and leave town after 40 years!

We have signed a deal for a new building and should close at the end of October. New store should be renovated and open for business early 2010, Watch this site for updated information. /ebQ: What is going to happen to Fredericks when the City of Redmond puts the road through where the store currently is?
Our apologies, but some of our competitors are spreading the rumor that we will be gone in 1-year. The City of Redmond is making major traffic revisions that will unfortunately force us to move out of our current location. That just means we are on the lookout for a bigger, better, showroom in a new location in Redmond. Watch this site for updates on our progress.
